New Plantations Entering Production: A significant factor is the expansion of productive orchards. Authorities plan to expand the area of productive orchards by 13,400 hectares, bringing the total to 64,000 hectares.
Increased Seedling Distribution: The government is actively investing in the production, distribution, and planting of high-quality cashew plants. For the 2025 campaign, INCAJU and other entities plan to distribute and plant 6.67 million cashew trees, following substantial distribution in previous years (e.g., 4.4 million seedlings distributed last year).
